Danyl's charcoal and pastel drawings are influenced by the nature he knew growing up near a wildlife refuge in western New York and by his service in the Dominican Republic as a Peace Corps Volunteer.

“I've always thought life should be an adventure to share with others and that is what I try to do with my art,” he says.

His website features stories that accompany the themes of his art.

Danyl received his Bachelor's degree at the SUNY College at Buffalo and is presently working on his MFA at Regis University .
